Our step-by-step Training Videos have been around since we launched Pixelight.  They explain everything from the basics of the Pixelight software, how to include content (Weather, Date, Time, Clocks, HTML, RSS, Podcasts, Stocks, PowerPoint, etc), managing users, and how to schedule content to play.  For a beginner or advanced user, they provide a quick, visual reference to navigating the software.

But we wanted to offer more -- now we have a growing Knowledgebase of frequently asked questions, a ticketing system, and in the future, will offer the ability to Chat Live with a member of our team.
